PNACAC Summer College Tour

Join us for our 2019 Summer College Tour! This year will feature Oregon Colleges and Universities. The tour will begin on Sunday, June 23rd in Ashland, Oregon and conclude Friday, June 28.

Tour Fee:

PNACAC Members: $500
Non-Members: $550

 June 1: Deadline to request refund minus $30 processing fee

The tour fee includes:

  • College-provided accommodations. Most, if not all rooms will be double occupancy. Each room will provide linens, pillows, and towels. All campuses provide bathrooms that are shared by the other people on that floor and/or wing. You will have to walk to and from your bathroom/shower. Generally, the residence halls we use do not provide wi-fi in the sleeping rooms. You will have access to wi-fi in other parts of the residence hall or other buildings on campus.  Unfortunately, PNACAC is unable to accommodate single room requests.
  • Most meals
  • Charter bus transportation during the tour

The tour fee excludes:

  • Personal expenses incurred during the tour
  • Some meals

If possible, please wait to purchase airline tickets until after May 1*.

*We require at least 20 registered counselors by May 1 in order to conduct the tour. If we do not reach capacity, we reserve the right to cancel the tour and will refund tour registration fees. If we do have to cancel, we will refund your registration fee but we are not responsible for reimbursing travel costs. If we reach more than 20 registered participants prior to May 1, we will notify you so travel arrangements can be made.

  • Participants should plan to arrive on June 23, 2019 to Medford International Airport (MFR) by 4:00pm. The bus will pick up tour participants at 4:30pm.
  • Participants should schedule departure on June 28, 2019 from Portland International Airport (PDX) no earlier than 3:30pm. The bus will drop off tour participants in time for a 3:30pm or later flight.
  • Please plan to participate in all tour events.

Washington State-Approved Clock Hours will be available to all participants. Clock hours will be FREE.
